The T4 premiums were issued in 1911 by Obak Cigarettes, a brand under the control of the American Tobacco Company. The premiums were redeemable by mailing in 50 coupons packaged inside 10-count slide & shell boxes of Obak Cigarettes. The pictures on the premiums feature the player in the same pose used on the T212s.
