Produced in 1910 by the American Tobacco Company and packaged inside Old Mill Cigarettes 10 count slide and shell boxes, the card set contains 640 total cards. These cards are easily identified by their distinctive borders; the cards are often referred to by collectors as "red borders." The set is made up of eight series, each representing a different minor league.

Old Mill slide and shell boxes are somewhat difficult to locate but can be found with perseverance. Without question, Old Mill Cigarettes is one of the most beautiful and artistically designed of all cigarette packs.
